Partial Year or Month. For the first fiscal year and thereafter until the First Board is elected, the annual budget shall be approved by the Board as appointed by the Developer. If such first fiscal year, or any succeeding fiscal year, shall be less than a full year, then the monthly assessments for each Unit Owner shall be proportionate to the number of months and days in such period covered by such budget. Each Unit Owner shall pay such Owner’s assessment for the following month or fraction of a month, which assessment shall be in proportion to the Owner’s respective ownership interest in the Common Elements and the number of months and days remaining of the period covered by the current annual budget, and which assessment shall be computed by the Board.

  • Vacation Earnings for Partial Years (a) (1) During the first partial year of service a new employee will earn vacation at the rate of one and one-quarter (1¼) days for each month for which he/she earns ten (10) days' pay.

  • Calendar Year Calendar Year" for the purposes of this Agreement shall mean the twelve (12) month period from January 1st to December 31st, inclusive.

  • Carry Forward to a Subsequent Year If you do not withdraw the excess contribution, you may carry forward the contribution for a subsequent tax year. To do so, you under-contribute for that tax year and carry the excess contribution amount forward to that year on your tax return. The six percent excess contribution penalty tax will be imposed on the excess amount for each year that it remains as an excess contribution at the end of the year. You must file IRS Form 5329 along with your income tax return to report and remit any additional taxes to the IRS.

  • Plan Year The year for the purposes of the plan shall be from September 1 of one year, to August 31, of the following year, or such other years as the parties may agree to.

  • Five Years All full-time employees who have been continuously employed by the Employer for five (5) years shall receive three (3) weeks’ vacation with full pay.

  • Benefit Waiting Period Allowance (a) An employee who qualifies for and takes leave pursuant to 21.1 or 21.2 and is required by Employment Insurance to serve a one-week waiting period for Employment Insurance Maternity/Parental benefits, shall be paid a leave allowance equivalent to one week at 85% of the employee's basic pay.

  • Vacation Year The vacation year shall be April 1 to March 31, inclusive.
