Partially-used Tickets. If the ticket is partially unused, the refund will be the difference between the fare paid and the fare for the transportation actually used as determined by the applicable rules, less any applicable service charge or penalty.
Partially-used Tickets. An amount equal to the applicable fare for the unused segment(s) if a portion of the ticket has been used. In no instance will the amount refunded be greater than the amount paid for the ticket.
