Participant Access to System. MX grants to Participant, and Participant accepts, a non-exclusive, personal, nontransferable, limited right to access and use the System under the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. Participant’s right is conditioned on Participant fully complying with the Agreement. Participant does not have any other right to access the System unless otherwise expressly granted by the Agreement or a separate arrangement that complies with Section 8.3.1.
