Common use of Participant Services Clause in Contracts

Participant Services. a. Contractor will design and print literature and prepare communications material at no additional cost to the County or Participants, such as brochures, posters, presentations, webinars, and any other materials needed for use in educating eligible employees regarding all aspects of the Plan (including investment education, investment performance, investment selection based on risks and returns, and claims processing information), and, with prior written approval of the County, distribute and present this information in an accurate and clear manner at no additional cost. In each instance, the Contractor shall fully disclose to each employee all of the Plan features and costs.
