Common use of Participant Services Clause in Contracts

Participant Services. Participant agrees to require Practice Providers to furnish Covered Services to beneficiaries (“Members”) assigned (including those Members reflected as being preliminary prospective assigned) to the ACO that are within the Practice Provider’s licensing and qualifications. “Covered Services” means those medically necessary health care services and items that are covered by Medicare Parts A and/or B). All Covered Services shall be provided in accordance with all applicable provisions of law, all applicable generally accepted professional standards, and the terms of this Agreement.
