Common use of Participating Addendum Clause in Contracts

Participating Addendum. A bilateral agreement executed by a Contractor and a Participating Entity incorporating this Master Agreement and any additional Participating Entity-specific language or other requirements (e.g., ordering procedures specific to the Participating Entity, entity-specific terms and conditions, etc.).

Participating Addendum. A bilateral agreement executed by a Contractor and a Participating Entity incorporating Entity, pursuant and subject to this Master Agreement and any Contract, which includes additional Participating Entity-specific language or other requirements (e.g.terms and conditions, such as ordering procedures specific to the Participating Entity, entity-specific terms and conditions, etcwhich is binding only upon the parties executing the bilateral agreement.).
