Participating in Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to all Benefits for as long as such Benefits may remain in effect and/or any substitute or additional Benefits made available in the future to similarly situated employees of the Company, subject to and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of such Benefits adopted by the Company.
