Participating Public Agencies. Supplier agrees to extend the same terms, covenants agreed to under the Master Agreement with Lead Public Agency Prince William County Public Schools to other government agencies (“Participating Public Agencies”) that, in their discretion, desire to access the Master Agreement in accordance with all terms and conditions contained herein or attached hereto. Each participating Public Agency will be exclusively responsible and deal directly with Supplier on matters relating to length of agreement, ordering, delivery, inspection, acceptance, invoicing, and payment for products and services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement. Any disputes between a Participating Public Agency and Supplier will be resolved directly between them in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State in which the Participating Public Agency exists.

Participating Public Agencies. Cintas Corporation No. 2 (“Cintas”) agrees to extend the same terms, conditions, and covenants agreed to under the OMNIA Vendor Agreement executed between Cintas and University of Nebraska (the “Master Agreement”) to other government agencies (“Participating Public Agencies”) that, in their discretion, desire to access the Master Agreement in accordance with all terms and conditions contained herein or attached hereto. Each Participating Public Agency will be exclusively responsible and deal directly with Cintas on matters relating to length of agreement, ordering, delivery, inspection, acceptance, invoicing, and payment for products and services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement. By executing this Acceptance Agreement, the Customer identified on Page 1 herein agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Master Agreement #001299 as a Participating Public Agency and the terms and conditions set forth in this Acceptance Agreement.   • Employment with Public Agency Consultant, if an employee of another public agency, agrees that Consultant will not receive salary or remuneration, other than vacation pay, as an employee of another public agency for the actual time in which services are actually being performed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • POST PUBLIC AUCTION 5.1. Any E-Bidders who successfully bids for the Property shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale and pay the difference between 10% of the purchase price and the deposit paid under clause 3.5 above (“differential sum”) at the office of the Auctioneer within same day from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee Bank and sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders. The Auctioneer shall send the Memorandum of Sale for stamping and thereafter forward the same together with the deposit paid under clause 3.5 above and the differential sum paid under this clause (If any) to the Assignee Bank.

  • Public Access Grantor acknowledges and agrees that the general public shall have the regular and substantial opportunity to view the Façade from the streets, sidewalks and other property near the Buildings. Grantor shall have no obligation under this Agreement to allow the general public to view the interior of the Buildings.

  • Notification and Public Notice If either party desires to alter or amend this Agreement, it shall, not less than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the termination date set forth under the Duration Article, provide written notice and a proposal to the other party of said desire and the nature of the amendments, and cause the public notice provisions of law to be fulfilled.

  • POST ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION PROCEDURES 4.1. Successful E-bidders shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the office of the Auctioneer within 3 working days from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee bank and the sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up again for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders.   • Obligation to Provide Public Access to Grant Records The Division reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this Agreement in the event that the Grantee refuses public access to all documents or other materials made or received by the Grantee that are subject to the provisions of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, known as the Florida Public Records Act. The Grantee must immediately contact the Division's Contract Manager for assistance if it receives a public records request related to this Agreement.

  • Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings If Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor must comply with the City’s Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings requirements, as set forth in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, including the remedies provided therein.

  • Public Access to Meetings and Records If the Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor shall comply with and be bound by all the applicable provisions of that Chapter. By executing this Agreement, the Contractor agrees to open its meetings and records to the public in the manner set forth in §§12L.4 and 12L.5 of the Administrative Code. Contractor further agrees to make-good faith efforts to promote community membership on its Board of Directors in the manner set xxxxx xx §00X.0 of the Administrative Code. The Contractor acknowledges that its material failure to comply with any of the provisions of this paragraph shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. The Contractor further acknowledges that such material breach of the Agreement shall be grounds for the City to terminate and/or not renew the Agreement, partially or in its entirety.
