Participation Abuse Clause Samples
The Participation Abuse clause is designed to prevent parties from exploiting or misusing their rights to participate in a process, event, or agreement. In practice, this clause may set boundaries on the number of times a party can participate, prohibit disruptive behaviors, or outline consequences for actions deemed as abuse, such as submitting frivolous claims or intentionally delaying proceedings. Its core function is to maintain fairness and order by discouraging manipulative or obstructive conduct that could undermine the integrity of the participation process.
