Common use of Participation by Billers Clause in Contracts

Participation by Billers. Occasionally a Xxxxxx may choose not to participate in BillPay or may require additional information before accepting payments. We will work with these Billers to encourage them to accept an electronic or check payment from the bank. If we are unsuccessful, or if we determine that the Xxxxxx cannot process payments in a timely manner, we may decline future payments to this Xxxxxx. In the unlikely event that this occurs, we will send you a notice.
