Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

OPWC/Local Subdivision Participation Percentages For the sole and express purpose of financing/reimbursing costs of the Project, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described below, the Recipient hereby designates its Local Subdivision Percentage Contribution as amounting to a minimum total value of 50% of the total Project Cost. The OPWC Participation Percentage shall be 50% not to exceed $100,000.
Minority Participation It is the policy of the State of Georgia that minority business enterprises shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the State purchasing and contracting process. Therefore, the State of Georgia encourages all minority business enterprises to compete for, win, and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, the State encourages all companies to sub-contract portions of any State contract to minority business enterprises. Public Participation 79. This Consent Decree shall be lodged with the Court for a period of not less than 30 Days for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 C.F.R. ' 50.7. The United States reserves the right to withdraw or withhold its consent if the comments regarding the Consent Decree disclose facts or considerations indicating that the Consent Decree is inappro- priate, improper, or inadequate. Defendant consents to entry of this Consent Decree without further notice and agrees not to withdraw from or oppose entry of this Consent Decree by the Court or to challenge any provision of the Decree, unless the United States has notified Defendant in writing that it no longer supports entry of the Decree.
NON-STATE AGENCIES PARTICIPATION IN CENTRALIZED CONTRACTS New York State political subdivisions and others authorized by New York State law may participate in Centralized Contracts. These include, but are not limited to local governments, public authorities, public school and fire districts, public and nonprofit libraries, and certain other nonpublic/nonprofit organizations.
