Participation in Faculty/District Meetings. 1. Association building Vice-presidents shall, upon advance notice to the Principal, have the right to make a presentation on Association business or other matters of concern to teachers at the conclusion of faculty meetings. 2. The President of the Association, upon advance notice to the Superintendent, shall be granted a maximum of one (1) hour to present Association matters as part of the orientation program for new teachers at the beginning of the school year, and a maximum of one-and-one-half (1.5) hours to present such matters to all teachers at the general staff orientation meeting, if held.
