Particular obligations relating to data sharing. 5.1 Mutual assistance. Each party shall, as is reasonably necessary assist the other in complying with applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation without charge in relation to the Shared Personal Data You shall only: (a) process Shared Personal Data only for the Specified Purposes within the Nominated Place; (b) not disclose or allow access to the Shared Personal Data or Circle2Success Information to anyone else other than agreed in writing by Circle2Succes; (c) keep the Shared Personal Data and Reach Information safe and secure at all times, including password protection of the Shared Personal Data and ensure You have appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised or unlawful use, storage or processing of Shared Personal Data, including against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data. (d) not transfer any of the Shared Personal Data from the Nominated Computer or Place unless otherwise agreed by Circle2Success in writing; (e) assist Circle2Success in responding to (i) any request from a data subject to exercise their rights under the Data Protection Legislation and (ii) promptly and compliantly co-operate with Reach with respect to security, personal data breach notifications, data protection impact assessments and consultations with the Information Commissioner or other regulators; (f) promptly notify Circle2Success of any loss, unauthorised access or use or corruption of the Shared Personal Data, including any breach of confidentiality in connection with Reach Information; and (g) use compatible technology for the processing of Shared Personal Data to ensure that there is no lack of accuracy resulting from personal data transfers to You;
