PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. This agreement shall be binding upon the enterprise named in clause 1 of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the enterprise”), the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia (CEPU – hereinafter referred to as “the Union”) its officers and all employees of the enterprise eligible to be members of the Union.
