PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing Pty Ltd PAD Contracting (ABN: 47 093 816 623 97 655 091 320) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing Apex Plumbing Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 ABN – 20 845 506 157) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing Pty Ltd - Ultimate Airconditioning (Aust) (ABN: 47 093 816 623 26 249 372 368) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry inustry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 and employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing Top Up Labour Hire Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 ABN – 82 637 959 098) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing United Plumbuing Group (Commercial) Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 ABN – 20 164 051 585) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing AJL (Aust) Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 64 663 291 692) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing Jamair Mechanical Services Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 73 158 389 194) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing Vector Foiltec Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 ABN – 40 107 173 400) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing MCP Industrial Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 ABN – 80 663 694 782) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing Southern Cross Plumbing & Contracting Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 ABN – 89 607 161 580) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing Xxxxxx X Xxxxx Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 ABN:- 37 004 714 989) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing Pty Ltd GAB Services (ABN: 47 093 816 623 85 883 992 433 ) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing PCD Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 63 641 121 075 ) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing CDB Mechanical Services Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 84 676 720 399 ) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing All Systems Ventilation Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 ABN:- 90 088 309 237) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing - Harcourt Plumbing Services Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 ) 81 923 462 985 )(employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 and employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. 2.1 This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1.1 Fibcon Roofing Master Plumbing Vic Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 093 816 623 ABN:- 55 654 349 630) (employer) in respect of employees engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, (employees) engaged on site or in construction work; and 2.1.2 employees employed by the employer in Victoria who are engaged in the industry of the occupations, businesses or employers of refrigeration mechanics, plumbers, gasfitters, roof plumbers, lead burners, ship plumbers and heating, air conditioning, refrigeration or ventilation plumbers, irrigation installer, laggers and plumber’s labourers, engaged on site or in construction work who are employed or usually employed in the plumbing industry in executing any plumbing, gasfitting, pipe fitting or domestic engineering work, whether prefabricated or not, or who execute any work in or in connection with:- (a) sheet lead, galvanised iron or other classes of sheet metal or any other materials which supersede the materials usually fixed by plumbers.
