PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1 Gem Fire Services Pty Ltd (ABN: 81 111 283 124) (employer) in respect of persons employed in connection with the preparing, erecting, fitting, fixing, altering, overhauling or repairing or maintaining or inspection and testing of apparatus, pipes and/or fittings in and/or outside of buildings, ships or other structures for the extinguishment of fire by automatic sprinklers and/or other fire protection systems; and 2.2 Persons employed by the employer in connection with the preparing, erecting, fitting, fixing, altering overhauling or repairing or maintaining or inspection and testing of apparatus, pipes and/or fittings in and/or outside of buildings, ships or other structures for the extinguishment of fire by automatic sprinklers and/or other fire protection systems (’employees’); and 2.3 the Communications Electrical Electronic Energy Information Postal Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia 128v (CEPU)(Union). On the condition that the Union has given notice under Section 183 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (C’th) (FW Act) that it wants the Agreement to cover it and in accordance with Section 201(2) of the FW Act, the Fair Work Commission (FWC) has noted that the Agreement covers the Union. 2.4 The terms of this agreement will not apply to:- (a) the employment of plumbers by an employer covered by the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award 2020 (PFS Award); and / or (b) to employees principally engaged in installing plumbing systems; and / or (c) the employment of weekly engaged employees fully employed in workshops off site.

This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1 Gem South East Fire Services Pty Ltd (ABN: 81 111 283 124ABN 61 000 000 000) (employer) in respect of persons employed in connection with the preparing, erecting, fitting, fixing, altering, overhauling or repairing or maintaining or inspection and testing of apparatus, pipes and/or fittings in and/or outside of buildings, ships or other structures for the extinguishment of fire by automatic sprinklers and/or other fire protection systems; and 2.2 Persons employed by the employer in connection with the preparing, erecting, fitting, fixing, altering overhauling or repairing or maintaining or inspection and testing of apparatus, pipes and/or fittings in and/or outside of buildings, ships or other structures for the extinguishment of fire by automatic sprinklers and/or other fire protection systems (’employees’); and 2.3 the Communications Electrical Electronic Energy Information Postal Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia 128v (CEPU)(Union). On the condition that the Union has given notice under Section 183 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (C’th) (FW Act) that it wants the Agreement to cover it and in accordance with Section 201(2) of the FW Act, the Fair Work Commission (FWC) has noted that the Agreement covers the Union. 2.4 The terms of this agreement will not apply to:- (a) the employment of plumbers by an employer covered by the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award 2020 (PFS Award); and / or (b) to employees principally engaged in installing plumbing systems; and / or (c) the employment of weekly engaged employees fully employed in workshops off site.

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. This Agreement shall cover: - 2.1 Gem SDR Fire Services Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN: 81 111 283 124ABN 47 757 227 159) (employer) in respect of persons employed in connection with the preparing, erecting, fitting, fixing, altering, overhauling or repairing or maintaining or inspection and testing of apparatus, pipes and/or fittings in and/or outside of buildings, ships or other structures for the extinguishment of fire by automatic sprinklers and/or other fire protection systems; and 2.2 Persons employed by the employer in connection with the preparing, erecting, fitting, fixing, altering overhauling or repairing or maintaining or inspection and testing of apparatus, pipes and/or fittings in and/or outside of buildings, ships or other structures for the extinguishment of fire by automatic sprinklers and/or other fire protection systems (’employees’); and 2.3 the Communications Electrical Electronic Energy Information Postal Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia 128v (CEPU)(Union). On the condition that the Union has given notice under Section 183 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (C’th) (FW Act) that it wants the Agreement to cover it and in accordance with Section 201(2) of the FW Act, the Fair Work Commission (FWC) has noted that the Agreement covers the Union. 2.4 The terms of this agreement will not apply to:- (a) the employment of plumbers by an employer covered by the Plumbing and Fire Sprinklers Award 2020 (PFS Award); and / or (b) to employees principally engaged in installing plumbing systems; and / or (c) the employment of weekly engaged employees fully employed in workshops off site.
