PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. The parties to this Agreement are XXXX CONSTRUCTIONS PTY LTD (“Company”) and the Construction, Forestry Mining and Energy Union, (“CFMEU”) and is binding on them. This agreement also binds all persons whose employment is, at any time when this Agreement is in operation, subject to the Agreement.
