Common use of PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND Clause in Contracts

PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND. (i) The Company in respect to all of its employees engaged in domestic or commercial building and construction work on and off site including maintenance and any other work connected to that work. (ii) Employees of the Company who are engaged in any of the occupations callings or industries specified in this Agreement.
