Partner Agency Participation Cost. 1. Currently, agencies serving the homeless shall have access to the SSF maintained HMIS for free. There is no requirement that an agency receive HUD or other federal or state funds to participate in the HMIS. SSF reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for the use of the HMIS for other purposes and custom reports.
