Partner Compensation. No Partner shall be entitled to any compensation for services provided by such Partner to, or for the benefit of, the Partnership, except that the General Partner may receive and retain compensation as provided in the Investment Management Agreement, and the Limited Partner's Sharing Ratio of Securities acquired by the Partnership shall be taken into consideration in calculating the compensation payable to the General Partner pursuant to Section 4 of the Investment Management Agreement as if such Securities were owned directly by the Limited Partner.
Partner Compensation. Unless otherwise agreed in The Contract, The Partner is not entitled to compensation in the event of operational disruptions or other issues with The Platform for The End Customer. The End Customer is compensated according to the current SLA (Service Level Agreement).

  • Basic Compensation (a) SALARY. Executive will be paid an annual base salary of $115,000.00, subject to adjustment as provided below (the "Salary"), which will be payable in equal periodic installments according to Employer's customary payroll practices, but no less frequently than monthly. The Salary will be reviewed by the Board of Directors not less frequently than annually, and shall be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date during the term hereof by an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the prior year's base salary.

  • Bonus Compensation The Executive shall not receive any bonus payment whatsoever pursuant to Section 3.02 or the Bonus Plan except such bonus which is already earned and due to be paid up to and including the Termination Date, notwithstanding any period following the Termination Date during which the Executive may receive any payments or benefits under the terms of the Agreement.
