Partner Obligations (a) Each Regular Limited Partner, Founding/Working Partner and REU Partner agrees that, in addition to any other obligations that he, she or it may have under this Agreement, he, she or it shall have a duty of loyalty to the Partnership and further agrees during the Restricted Period, not to, either directly or indirectly (including by or through an Affiliate) (collectively, clauses (i) through (vi), the “Partner Obligations”):
PRESENT CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS All rights, benefits and working conditions which employees now enjoy, receive or possess as employees of the Employer shall continue to be enjoyed and possessed insofar as they are consistent with this Agreement but may be modified by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union.
Employer Obligations The Employer will:
PENSION AND BENEFITS 26:01 Employees are eligible to participate in the Pension Plan; Long Term Disability Plan; Group Life and Survivor Income Plan; Dental Care Plan; Extended Health Care Plan; Semi-Private Hospital Accommodation Plan; Joint Membership Plan; and Vision Care Plan, as summarized in Schedules “B” to “I” attached hereto.
Termination and Severance Pay Employees who terminate their employment with the City for any reason shall have their termination pay computed in the following manner.
Employer Obligation The Supplier shall comply with the requirements of the Pensions Act 2008 and the Transfer of Employment (Pension Protection) Regulations 2005.
Our Obligations Some obligations placed on us under this contract may be carried out by another person. If an obligation is placed on us to do something under this contract, then:
Compensation and Benefits As compensation for all services performed by the Executive under and during the term hereof and subject to performance of the Executive’s duties and of the obligations of the Executive to the Company and its Affiliates, pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise:
Salaries and Benefits (i) Seller shall be responsible for (A) the payment of all wages and other remuneration due to Active Employees with respect to their services as employees of Seller through the close of business on the Closing Date, including pro rata bonus payments and all vacation pay earned prior to the Closing Date; and (B) the payment of any termination or severance payments and the provision of health plan continuation coverage in accordance with the requirements of COBRA and Sections 601 through 608 of ERISA.
Your Obligations to Us 8.1 This Hire Agreement is personal to You and You must not allow nor authorise any other person or entity to use, re-hire or have possession of the Equipment at any time, unless expressly agreed by Us in writing.
