PENSION AND BENEFITS. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in any non-qualified deferred compensation plan and/or qualified retirement plan of the Company (collectively, the “U.S. Savings Plans”) and any additional welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company, if any, to the extent available to similarly-situated employees in the United States and subject to eligibility requirements and terms and conditions of each such plan; provided, however, that nothing herein shall limit the ability of the Company to amend, modify or terminate any such benefit plans, policies or programs at any time and from time to time. Employee remains eligible for vested benefits in accordance with existing retiree benefits in accordance with those established policies, plans and procedures.

PENSION AND BENEFITS. 19.01 The Employer’s sole obligation for health and welfare benefits shall be to pay 100 percent of the billed premium costs for all participating eligible permanent full- time employees in the active employ of the Employer under the insurance plans set out below, subject to their respective terms and conditions, including any enrolment requirements:
PENSION AND BENEFITS. Employees in the Seasonal Designation will qualify for pension and benefits in accordance with the Collective Agreement and the Pension, Savings and Benefits plans. During the first thirty (30) days of layoff, all benefits will continue with the exception of STD and LTD. After (30) days of layoff, the employees will be required to pay the appropriate amount to maintain their benefits. (This excludes STD and LTD). All clerical employees who normally work twenty-four (24) hours per week or less in the Central Region defined as all work locations located in the greater Toronto franchise area including Peterborough and Barrie, of Enbridge Gas Distribution, save and except supervisors, those above that rank, residential/commercial sales associates, energy management consultants, account associates, secretaries to department managers, those above that rank, those employees in the Human Resources, Budget, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Affairs departments.

PENSION AND BENEFITS. Employees currently participating in the Toronto-York Sunlife Benefit Plan will be transitioned to the VON Flex Plan within thirty days of the ratification of this Agreement.
PENSION AND BENEFITS. The University will provide eligible Sessional Academic Staff Members with employee Pension and Benefits in accordance with the provisions of this Article. Sessional Academic Staff Members shall be entitled to representation on the First Nations University Pension & Benefits Committee equal to that of other employee groups. Sessional Academic Staff Members who meet the eligibility criteria under the Saskatchewan Employment Act as of the date of ratification, annual earnings of at least 35% of YMPE, or 700 hours worked, in each of the two (2) consecutive calendar years immediately preceding membership, shall be required as a condition of employment, to participate in the University Pension Plan. The University may modify the Pension Plan following consultation with members. Pension contributions for both Parties increase to 7% the month following ratification and effective January 1, 2022, pension contributions for both Parties increase to 8%. (For clarity, members maintain eligibility unless they experience a break in service of thirteen (13) months or more.)
