Partner Ownership. Subject to SAP’s underlying Intellectual Property Rights as described in Section 9.1, Partner owns all Intellectual Property Rights in and related to the Partner Product, design contributions, related knowledge or processes, and any derivative works of them conceived or created by Partner (“Partner IP”). All rights to the Partner IP not expressly granted to SAP are reserved by Partner.
