Parts, Inventory, and Ordering. Epson will provide all parts necessary for the Services at no cost to Microdyne. Microdyne will order parts from Epson on an as needed basis in conformance with Epson's existing parts and accounting procedures.

Parts, Inventory, and Ordering. Epson will provide all parts necessary for the services at no cost to FTC. FTC will order parts from Epson on an as-needed basis in conformance with Epson's existing parts and accounting procedures. Epson will use its best efforts to deliver stock items to FTC in two working days, and non-stock items in ten working days. All expenses of parts shipment and delivery to FTC shall be born by Epson.

  • Inventory and Supplies Administrator shall order, purchase and provide to the Group on a timely basis inventory and supplies, and such other ordinary, necessary or appropriate materials which are requested by the Group and which the Group shall reasonably determine to be necessary in the operation of the Practice on the same terms commercially available to Administrator.
