Common use of Pass Through Payments Clause in Contracts

Pass Through Payments. The District shall pay the City for out-of-district fire protection services (FPS) on a pass-through basis, equal to the amount the District is paid by third parties for such services performed by assigned City staff. Rates shall be set by The South Arkansas Fire Protection District.
