Common use of Password Security Clause in Contracts

Password Security. a) The Player shall select a secure and hard-to-guess password. It is the Player’s responsibility to keep the password confidential. b) The Player shall keep his personal data, username and password safe in order to prevent third parties from abusing these data. In case the Player thinks that the data he has provided are in danger, he shall inform the Organiser immediately. c) LVCD shall not be held liable (and undertakes no liability) for cases when a third party abuses Player data. LVCD undertakes liabilty only in case the abuse is attributable to the conduct of executive officers or employers acting on behalf of LVCD.
