Registration and Eligibility. 2.1 When you register for the Tournament(s), you must provide certain information (including Full Name, Team Name, In-game name, age and Country of origin) of each team member to us. You must have permission from your team members to provide such information to us, and you are responsible for ensuring that each team member agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2.2 We reserve the rights to disqualify any teams or enforce a replacement of participant(s) in a team, or terminate any relationship between us and you for any reason whatsoever by giving you notice.
2.3 All members of the participating teams must be residing in Philippines.

You are responsible for all activities voluntarily carried out by you on your account.
4. You represent that:
a) You own all rights in and to any content provided by you (the “User Content”), including any information, designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text, literary works and any other materials, or otherwise have (and will continue to have) the full power, title, licenses, consents and authority, in and to the User Content, as necessary to legally use, publish, transfer or license any and all rights and interests in and to such User Content;
b) You will fully comply with all applicable laws and agreements which govern your use of the Services; and
c) You will not use the Services in violation of any banking or anti-money laundering law or for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
5. Upon registration, Velo will conduct your identification verification process to the extent required to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering, sanctions and other relevant related regulations. The use of the Services is conditional on the successful completion of this process. When appropriate, Velo may ask you to provide additional personal information to determine your eligibility to use the Services.

Registration and Eligibility. 2.1 In order to access the Services, you must register with us and create an account. During the registration we may collect one or more of the following, depending on the Venue: your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, physical address or your gender. See our privacy notice, clause 12, for details of how this information is used by us and disclosed to the Venue.
2.2 For security purposes, you must also set a password. You should keep your username and password confidential. Any use of the App, the Web Ordering Tool or the Services using your mobile device or account details will be your responsibility. You can reset your password at any time from within the App or the Web Ordering Tool.
2.3 The Services are not intended for users of under 18 years of age. We check your date of birth during the registration process and if you are under 18, you are not permitted to have an account or to receive the Services.

Registration and Eligibility. 2.1. Prior to accessing and using the Services, the End User must register for a UW account. Registration involves downloading the free App, providing your full name, email address and creating a secure password. There are two log-in options; Log in the Campus ID and Register with Email. End Users who have a University of Waterloo Watcard associated with a student number are able to register through ‘Campus ID’, all other End Users must register with an email address.
2.2. Upon entering the information set forth in Article 2.1, the End User will read and enter into this Agreement and agree to UW's Privacy Policy. Upon entering into this Agreement, the End User will be required to provide payment card, of credit card or a Watcard with a Meal Plan or Flex dollars linked, information including, the cardholder's name, the billing address, the card number, its expiration date and verification code. The App will be unable to submit orders until this process is complete.
2.3. Credit card information is encrypted and tokenized. The tokenized information is store in the app to be used for payment and refund purposes relating to App purchases.
