Common use of Passwords and Access Credentials Clause in Contracts

Passwords and Access Credentials. Customer and its End Users are responsible for keeping passwords and access credentials associated with the Product confidential. Customer and its End Users will not sell or transfer them to any other person or entity. Customer will promptly notify Reseller about any unauthorized access to Customer's or its End Users' passwords or access credentials. Customer should look to Reseller for all other account management questions.
