Common use of Patent Coordinators Clause in Contracts

Patent Coordinators. Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, Paratek and WCCI shall each appoint a patent coordinator (each, a “Patent Coordinator” and collectively, the “Patent Coordinators”), reasonably acceptable to the other Party, who shall serve as such Party’s primary liaison with the other Party on matters relating to patent filing, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement. Each Party may replace its Patent Coordinator at any time by notice in writing to the other Party.
