Common use of Patent Term Extensions Clause in Contracts

Patent Term Extensions. The Parties shall cooperate with each other in obtaining patent term extensions or restorations or supplemental protection certificates or their equivalents in any country in the Territory where applicable and where desired by Kinex. Elections with respect to obtaining such extension or supplemental protection certificates shall be made in the same manner and with the same relative priorities between the Parties as is applicable to the prosecution and maintenance of Patent Rights pursuant to Section 6.2.
