Common use of Patent Term Restoration Clause in Contracts

Patent Term Restoration. The Parties hereto shall cooperate with each other in obtaining patent term restoration or supplemental protection certificates or their equivalents in any country in the Territory where applicable to Patent Rights. In the event that elections with respect to obtaining such patent term restoration are to be made, each of BIOCHEM and SP shall have the right to make the election and non-selecting Party agrees to abide by such election.
