Common use of PATENTS AND ROYALTIES Clause in Contracts

PATENTS AND ROYALTIES. Subcontractor shall indemnify and defend and save harmless Owner and Contractor, and each of them, from and against all claims, royalties, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of whatsoever kind or nature (including attorney fees) in any manner resulting, or claimed to result from any alleged infringement of any patents or for the misuse of any patented article by Subcontractor, its representatives, employees or others acting on its behalf.
