PACKING SLIPS. It will be the responsibility of the awarded Contractor, to attach all packing slips to the OUTSIDE of each shipment. Packing slips must provide a detailed description of what is to be received and reference the City of Fort Lauderdale purchase order number that is associated with the shipment. Failure to provide a detailed packing slip attached to the outside of shipment may result in refusal of shipment at Contractor’s expense.
PACKING SLIPS a. All packing slips must reference the purchase order number, line number, schedule number, Battelle’s part number (item ID number), item description, quantity ordered, quantity shipped, name of Seller and any additionally required paperwork.
b. All packing slips must reflect revision level of parts. For Battelle drawing based items, packing slips for all parts must also contain the drawing revision level. For Suppliers of commercial items, packing slips for all parts must also reference, the Manufacturer’s part number and revision or change level identifier.
PACKING SLIPS. The Contractor will ensure that for each piece of Printing and Imaging Equipment purchased, the Product’s serial number and purchase order number will appear on the packing slip and that all packing slips are delivered to an Authorized User or their representative. Expedited delivery or other special delivery terms are not covered under the terms of the Contract.
PACKING SLIPS. Each shipment shall contain a packing slip with the order date, purchase order number, a description and count of the items within the shipment, and the place of delivery (building, floor, and room number).
PACKING SLIPS. All deliveries must include a packing slip and must provide the following information:
1. Complete description including manufacturer’s name and part number
2. Quantity ordered
3. Agreement number and contract item numbers
4. Back-ordered items and amount back-ordered
5. Date back-ordered items will be delivered
PACKING SLIPS. Separate packing slips will be included in each shipment showing order number, quantity, part number, and description of the Goods being delivered.
PACKING SLIPS. Each delivery to the County shall have a packing slip enclosed that identifies the requester, purchase order number, part number, unit price and quantity of each part shipped. If the delivery is a partial shipment, indicate on the packing slip that it is not a complete shipment of that order and identify the items not shipped and provide a projected completion date of the order. If the delivery combines items from more than one (1) purchase order, separate packing slips shall be included in the shipment for each.
PACKING SLIPS. Supplier must include a valid packing slip number or package ID on each package or shipment.
PACKING SLIPS. Packing slips printed and inserted in Shipments by Distributor will be agreed upon in "look and feel" by Distributor and Seller, based on Seller's specifications and Distributor's capability.
PACKING SLIPS. Each shipment shall include a packing slip that, at a minimum identifies the contract number, the purchase order/contract release order, material or product numbers, nomenclatures and quantities shipped.
