PROPERTY OWNER ISSUES Sample Clauses

The "Property Owner Issues" clause addresses situations where problems or disputes arise due to the actions, omissions, or responsibilities of the property owner. This clause typically outlines the types of issues that may be considered the owner's responsibility, such as delays in providing access, failure to obtain necessary permits, or not maintaining the property in a suitable condition for work. By clearly defining these responsibilities, the clause helps allocate risk and ensures that contractors or other parties are not held liable for delays or costs resulting from the property owner's actions or inactions.
