Common use of Patient Care Clause in Contracts

Patient Care. a. Participation and management in patient care on each rotation as documented by the faculty evaluation as entered into New Innovations. Major performance deficits will result in disciplinary action up to and including warning, probation, suspension and termination. Attendance and behavior are also considered in evaluating performance. Service, performance, conduct or behavior issues will also be addressed in the evaluation process. b. Residents will enter all patient procedural experience, home visits, etc., using the New Innovations system.
