Patient Confidentiality. The parties shall keep all patient information confidential in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (the “HITECH Act”), as amended from time to time.
