Clinical Program. School will develop, implement and operate the clinical learning experience component of the Degree Program at the Facility in a form and format acceptable to Hospital ("Clinical Program"). School may modify the Clinical Program from time to time with Hospital’s permission and will promptly incorporate reasonable changes to the Clinical Program requested by Hospital from time to time. With respect to the Clinical Program, School will:
(i) ensure the adequacy of Degree Program resources, including up-to-date reference materials, and the academic preparation of students enrolled in the Degree Program, including theoretical background, basic skills, professional ethics, and attitude and behavior, for participation in the Clinical Program and will assign to the Clinical Program only those students who have demonstrated the ability to successfully participate in the Clinical Program (each a “Participating Student”);
(ii) advise each Program Participant (defined below) to attend training and orientation with respect to applicable Hospital policies and procedures prior to the commencement of each Clinical Program rotation during the Term (each a “Rotation”);
(iii) provide training for Hospital’s representatives who will support the Clinical Program regarding Clinical Program features and expectations, and Participating Student evaluations, as requested by Hospital from time to time;
(iv) identify to Hospital each Program Participant who will participate in a Rotation as soon as that information is reasonably available to School;
(v) require Program Participants to comply with applicable laws and Hospital policies and procedures when onsite at the Facility;
(vi) require Program Participants to treat Hospital patients, staff and Clinical Program supervisors with courtesy and respect and do not disrupt Facility operations or the provision of health care services for Hospital’s patients;
(vii) timely prepare and update with input from Hospital rotation schedules for each Participating Student throughout each Rotation and coordinate the same with Hospital;
(viii) require Participating Students to arrive early for each scheduled Rotation, except when a Participating Student is ill or attending to a personal emergency;
(ix) provide continuing oral and written communication with Hospital regarding Participating Student Clinical Program performance and evaluation and other pertinent information;
(x) participate and ensure that Program Participants participate in Hospital'...
Clinical Program. School Board shall be responsible for the implementation and operation of the clinical component of its program (“Program”) at Health Care Facility, which Program shall be approved in advance by Health Care Facility. Such responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
(i) orientation of students to the clinical experience at Health Care Facility;
(ii) provision of classroom theory and practical instruction to students prior to their clinical assignments at Health Care Facility;
(iii) preparation of student/patient assignments and rotation plans for each student and coordination of same with Health Care Facility;
(iv) continuing oral and written communication with Health Care Facility regarding student performance and evaluation, absences and assignments of students and other pertinent information;
(v) supervision, in coordination with Health Care Facility, of students and their performance at Health Care Facility;
(vi) participation, with the students, in Health Care Facility’s Quality Assurance and related programs;
(vii) performance of such other duties as may from time to time be agreed to between School Board and Health Care Facility; All students, faculty, employees, agents and representatives of School Board participating in the Program at Health Care Facility (the “Program Participants”) shall coordinate their activities with the Health Care Facility’s Coordinator of Education.
Clinical Program. To the extent permit by law and without waiving and defenses, including governmental immunity, College shall be responsible for the implementation and operation of the clinical component of its program at Hospital (“Program”), which Program shall be approved in advance by Hospital. Such responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following (i) orientation of students to the clinical experience at Hospital; (ii) provision of classroom theory and practical instruction to students prior to their clinical assignments at Hospital; (iii) preparation of student/patient assignments and rotation plans for each student and coordination of same with Hospital; (iv) continuing oral and written communication with Hospital regarding student performance and evaluation, absences and assignments of students, and other pertinent information; (v) supervision of students and their performance at Hospital;
Clinical Program. School shall be responsible for the implementation and operation of the clinical component of its program at Hospital ("Program"), which Program shall be approved in advance by Hospital. Such responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
(i) Orientation of students to the clinical experience at Hospital;
(ii) Provision of classroom theory and practical instruction to students prior to their clinical assignments at Hospital;
(iii) Preparation of student/patient assignments and rotation plans for each student and coordination of same with Hospital;
(iv) Continuing oral and written communication with Hospital regarding student performance and evaluation, absences and assignments of students, and other pertinent information;
(v) Supervision of students and their performance at Hospital;
(vi) Participation, with the students, in Hospital's Quality Assurance and related programs;
(vii) Performance of such other duties as may from time to time be agreed to between School and Hospital;
(viii) Provide adequate documentation attesting to competency of each instructor. All students, faculty, employees, agents and representatives of School participating in the Program at Hospital (the "Program Participants") shall be accountable to the Hospital's Administrator.
Clinical Program. With respect to each Licensed Product for which the Pre-Clinical Program is successfully completed as determined by the JDT, PTI shall, at its sole expense, use commercially reasonable efforts to (i) conduct all reasonable activities relating to the clinical development for such Licensed Product and (ii) make all applications, requests for authorizations and submissions to appropriate Regulatory Authorities, for the purposes of obtaining Product Registration in the Major Market Countries in the Territory for such Licensed Product to the extent reasonably necessary for PTI to discharge its obligations pursuant to Section 8.5 (the “Clinical Program”) subject to the remaining terms of this Section 3.
1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PTI shall at its sole discretion determine the Clinical Program activities to be performed with respect to each Licensed Product and the Product Registrations to be obtained necessary for the Commercialization of each Licensed Product in the Territory.
Clinical Program. Such responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following (i) orientation of students to the clinical experience at Hospital; (ii) provision of classroom theory and practical instruction to students prior to their clinical assignments at Hospital; (iii) preparation of student/patient assignments and rotation plans for each student and coordination of same with Hospital; (iv) continuing oral and written communication with Hospital regarding student performance and evaluation, absences and assignments of students, and other pertinent information; (v) supervision of students and their performance at Hospital;
Clinical Program. School Board shall be responsible for the implementation and operation of the clinical component of its program (“Program”) at fire rescue department, which Program shall be approved in advance by Fire Rescue District. Such responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
(i) orientation of students to the clinical experience at Fire Rescue District;
(ii) provision of classroom theory and practical instruction to students prior to their clinical assignments at Fire Rescue District;
(iii) preparation of student/patient assignments and rotation plans for each student and coordination of same with Fire Rescue District;
(iv) continuing oral and written communication with Fire Rescue District regarding student performance and evaluation, absences and assignments of students and other pertinent information;
(v) supervision, in coordination with Fire Rescue District, of students and their performance at Fire Rescue District;
(vi) participation, with the students, in Fire Rescue District's Quality Assurance and related programs;
(vii) performance of such other duties as may from time to time be agreed to between School Board and Fire Rescue District; All students, faculty, employees, agents and representatives of School Board participating in the Program at Fire Rescue District (the “Program Participants”) shall coordinate their activities with the Fire Rescue District's Coordinator of Education.
Clinical Program. School shall be responsible for the implementation and operation of the didactic component of its Program. Such responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (i) provision of theoretical instruction to Program Participants prior to their clinical assignments at Agency; (ii) preparation of Program Participant/patient assignments and rotation plans for each Program Participant and coordination of same with Agency; (iii) continuing oral and written communication with Agency regarding Program Participants performance and evaluation, absences and assignments of Program Participants, and other pertinent information; (iv) directing Program Participants and reviewing their overall progress within the Program and their performance at Agency; (v) participation, with Program Participants, in Agency’s Quality Assurance and related programs; and (vi) performance of such other duties as the parties may agree from time to.
Clinical Program. School shall be responsible for the implementation and operation of the clinical component of its program at Hospital (“Program”), which Program shall be approved in advance by Hospital. Such responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following (i) orientation of students to the clinical experience at Hospital; (ii) provision of classroom theory and practical instruction to students prior to their clinical assignments at Hospital; (iii) preparation of student/patient assignments and rotation plans for each student and coordination of same with Hospital; (iv) continuing oral and written communication with Hospital regarding student performance and evaluation, absences and assignments of students, and other pertinent information; (v) supervision of students and their performance at Hospital; (vi) participation, with the students, in Hospital’s Quality Assurance and related programs; and (vii) performance of such other duties as may from time to time be agreed to between School and Hospital. All students, faculty, employees, agents and representatives of School participating in the Program while on Hospital premises (“Program Participants”) shall be accountable to Hospital’s Administrator. School shall be responsible for causing all Program Participants to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
Clinical Program. AEGIS and SCHOOL shall each appoint a program coordinator (each a “Coordinator,” and collectively, the “Coordinators”) who will assist in the implementation of the clinical objectives and criteria for the Program attached hereto and made a part hereof as “Exhibit A.”
