Common use of Patient Education of the Right to Opt Out Clause in Contracts

Patient Education of the Right to Opt Out. Provided that the NC HIEA provides Submitter with reasonable and appropriate education materials, Submitter shall establish a process for and actually provide Individuals whose information is required to be submitted pursuant to N.C.G.S §90-414.4(b), access to such education materials. Nothing herein prohibits Submitter from including statements on such materials to the extent necessary to clarify the segment of patients to which such materials relate.
