Sufficient Apron to accommodate the Parking (for Aircraft not utilizing a hangar) and/or maneuvering of Aircraft owned, operated, leased, or serviced by Aircraft Rental Provider and Flight Training Provider without interfering with Aircraft operating in the Airport Operations Area.
