If undertaken as part of construction and realignment works then include under construction and realignment. If undertaken as part of initial sealing then report under initial sealing. 4.2 Reconstruction/ Realignment $ Length of reconstruction project (km) Includes expenditure on reconstructing road on amended alignment or to increase traffic or load capacity, excluding construction of new approaches to new bridges.
