Common use of Pay Advances Clause in Contracts

Pay Advances. Pay advances will be given upon request, but in no instances will an employee be given more than three (3) pay advances in any one (1) calendar year (January 1 through December 31). The amount of the advance shall not exceed sixty percent (60%) of the gross pay earned to date in the month, but shall be at least one hundred dollars ($100.00).
