Common use of Pay Equity Notification Clause in Contracts

Pay Equity Notification. Contractor shall (1) at least once in the first year of this Agreement and annually thereafter, provide each of its employees working in California and each person applying to Contractor for a job in California (collectively, “Employees and Job Applicants”) with an electronic or paper copy of all applicable pay equity Laws or (2) throughout the term of this Agreement, continuously post an electronic copy of all applicable pay equity Laws in conspicuous places accessible to all of Contractor’s Employees and Job Applicants.

Contractor shall (1) at least once in the first year of this Agreement and annually thereafter, provide each of its employees working in California and each person applying to Contractor for a job in California (collectively, “Employees and Job Applicants”) with an electronic or paper copy of all any applicable pay equity Laws Laws, or (2) throughout the term of this Agreement, continuously post an electronic copy of all applicable pay equity Laws in conspicuous places accessible to all of Contractor’s Employees and Job Applicants.

Contractor shall (1) at least once in the first year of this Agreement and annually thereafter, directly provide each of its employees employee working in California and each person applying to Contractor for a job in California (collectively, “Employees and Job Applicants”) with an electronic or paper a written copy of all any applicable pay equity Laws, or (2) electronically disseminate the text of applicable pay equity Laws to each California employee and job applicant, either directly or (2) throughout by posting a copy in conspicuous places available to employees and applicants. Such notification shall occur at least once during the term of this Agreement and, if this Agreement is a multi-year Agreement, continuously post an electronic copy of all applicable pay equity Laws in conspicuous places accessible to all of Contractor’s Employees and Job Applicantsat least annually thereafter.
