Pay for Utilities. To pay for all gas electricity fuel and other Utilities supplies and services used or consumed on or in connection with the use or occupation of the Premises and/or the use of the Roof Terrace (including all connection charges) including any Tenant Plant and all charges for meters and telecommunications equipment (including rental and cost of use) and to comply with the present and future requirements and regulations of the relevant authorities or supply companies relating to any Tenant Plant and any such Utilities supplies and services or the Conduits for them which exclusively serve the Premises.
