Cost of Use. The District will purchase the device and all required apps. Families have the option of purchasing the Plan to offset unanticipated costs due to damage or theft of the device (see section 6).
Cost of Use. The district will purchase the laptop, charger, a protective case (if applicable), and all required applications associated with it. Families will be provided the laptop protection plan to offset unanticipated costs due to damage or theft of the laptop (see section 6).
Cost of Use. The User shall pay to SGVCC the total amount due as set forth under the Cost for Use in the User Agreement Form. Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount for Use (“Deposit”) is due upon execution of the User Agreement to confirm User’s reservations. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is owed forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Use Date, along with a separate check for the refundable key deposit.
Cost of Use a. City of Dunedin will provide all necessary handheld and in-vehicle radios to communicate on the Radio System at their own cost.
b. City of Dunedin will pay an annual Thirty Thousand Dollar and no cent ($30,000.00) access fee.
c. City of Dunedin will pay for their own costs of maintenance, repair or upgrade of equipment as necessary to maintain their subscriber equipment.
d. The Parties shall retain all records relating to this Agreement for at least three (3) years after any final payment is made. In the event that funds are received from a Party that requires a longer record retention period, that requirement shall be documented in writing in order to apply.
Cost of Use. The District will purchase the device and all required apps. There is no additional cost or fees required for use, however families may be required to cover the cost for repair or replacement of a device due to loss or damage, subject to the provisions of the Device Protection Plan, as outlined in this Device User Agreement Policy and Protection Plan.
Cost of Use. The district will purchase the Chromebook and all required applications associated with it. Families must purchase the Chromebook Protection Plan prior to receiving the Chromebook to offset unanticipated costs due to damage or theft of the Chromebook.
Cost of Use. The school will purchase the device, all required apps and subscriptions. Families will be responsible for a $25 insurance fee, $75 maximum per household.
