Common use of Pay for Work on a Postponed Holiday Clause in Contracts

Pay for Work on a Postponed Holiday. An Employee working on a postponed holiday as provided for in Article 24.02 is paid at the rate of one and one half times (150%) her/his regular salary. In addition to this remuneration, the Employee is entitled, at the choice of the University, to either the Holiday pay provided for in Article 24.03, or another postponement of the holiday to a date agreed upon between the Employee and the supervising librarian concerned.
