Pay Increment Periods. ‌ (a) Full-time employees: The pay increment period for full-time employees is twelve (12) months. (b) The pay increment period for part-time employees is eighteen hundred and twenty (1,820) straight-time hours during a period of continuous employment, provided that the maximum rate for the employee’s level is not exceeded.
