Pay Increment Periods. (a) An employee shall be granted pay increments until such time as she reaches the maximum of her classification level. (b) The pay increment date for all employees in the bargaining unit shall be June 3 of each year. (c) The applicable pay increments for each classification level shall be as set out in Appendix “A” attached.
