Pay Status During Voluntary Self-Referral Treatment (Voluntary Substance Abuse Program. (1) An employee who has a drug and/or alcohol abuse problem and has not been selected for drug and/or alcohol testing can voluntarily refer him/herself to the EAP for treatment. The EAP will evaluate the employee and make a specific determination of appropriate treatment. An employee who has completed two rehabilitation programs may not elect further rehabilitation under this program.
