Pay Therefore. The Supervisor/Building Administrator shall receive advance notice of required jury duty or court appearances. An employee shall be granted leave, with pay, for service on a jury. The pay shall be reduced by any amount of compensation received by the employee for jury duty, but not to include expenses which may be allowed. If, upon completion of duty, the employee can reasonably return to work, they shall do so.
