Paycheck Detail Printout. An employee may request in writing a time line detail and a key with wage and hour data relating to the calculations on their paycheck. Such requests will need to be renewed at the beginning of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1). A printout will be distributed along with the employee’s paycheck. A copy of their Kronos time card may be requested from the department manager at any time.
