The Company hereby initially designates the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee in New York, New York as the office to be maintained by it where this Security may be presented for payment, registration of transfer or exchange, where notices or demands to or upon the Company in respect of this Security or the Indenture may be served and where the Securities may be surrendered for conversion in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6 hereof and the Indenture. The Company may appoint and change any Paying Agent, Conversion Agent, Security Registrar or co-registrar or approve a change in the office through which any Paying Agent acts without notice, other than notice to the Trustee.
